Contract Placement




In the staffing industry, temporary placement is the most common. At Coastal Careers, we offer this service to a company that we are already providing other services to. We can send candidates same day.

We have a few different options to select from to make recruiting and staffing moves as simple and efficient as possible.


Contract to Permanent placement placement


We often refer to this as temp to perm and it is the most common service that we offer our clients. An employee will be on our payroll for a specified amount of time, and after a certain period, the client company has the opportunity to hire the employee. While on our payroll, all payroll and tax expenses are taken care of by Coastal Careers.




Contract Buyouts





If your company wants a candidate sooner than the contract permits, we can work together to get the candidate to be an employee of the client company in an expedited fashion.
